Communications Team
-Social Media management, content creation.

-Branding
-Copywriting – News writing

Marketing Team
-Promote visibility of TEDxYouth@Seattle brand, website and event.
-Work with communications team to bring visibility to TEDxYouth@Seattle content.
-Work closely with partnerships team and our sponsors.

Merch designer and manager
-Designs and manages products for sale during event including TEDxYouth@Seattle T-shirts, water bottles, etc.
-Works with marketing team and our sponsors to create products.

Speaker Team
-Design a process and choose speakers for the April 2019 event.
-Help to train speakers in public speaking, creating PowerPoint slides, and presentation skills.
-Work on one-on-one with speakers to be their point of contact and connection to the TEDxYouth team.
-Collaborate with other TEDxYouth@Seattle teams.
-Peer to peer Script writing coaches.
-Peer to Peer Speaker Coaches.
-Audition director.

Production Team
–Students will coordinate video, media, lighting, sound, music and theater production.
-Stage design.
-Post production video editing and communications for YouTube and website.

Logistics and Event Organizer
-Oversee the organization for day of event.
-Main point of contact for venue, coordinating receipt of all materials and supplies from donations and ensuring they are available to be brought to the venue date of event.
-Coordinate health and safety on day of event.
-Collaborate with all TEDxYouth@Seattle teams to ensure smooth production event.

Event Diversity Team
-Focuses on providing equitable access to the opportunities this event will bring to Seattle youth; audience outreach, curation of organizers and speakers/ performer.  -Support the development of our #Diversity, #Equity and #Inclusion Strategy.

Event Sustaintability Manager 
-Analyzes and offsets environmental impact of event.

Event Volunteer Coordinator
-Organizes and coordinates volunteer teams with unique tasks (guest registration and checking- in , ushers, etc)
-Onboards and is point of contact for a group of on-site event volunteers and works closely with Volunteer Management Team.

On site-day of volunteers
 -Volunteer onboarding, guest check in, venue set-up, clean up, team support, ushers, concierge, merchandise sales.
